« It was perfect! Clean, comfortable and a wonderful location, right next to a coffee shop and across from the Wave bus lot, walking distance to the ferry and all of Town. First time on Nantucket and this was the perfect cottage for me and my sister. »

« As a long time summer visitor to ACK, this cottage on stilts on a street I’d never known was a find. Quiet, cozy and well located. Great for 1-2 adults. Off street parking a plus. »

« Location was walking distance to town. Place was nicely decorated and welcoming. Floor could have been a little cleaner, my socks were very dirty from walking on the floor. Hair dryer had either little air or burning hot air coming through it. Still we had a nice stay. I would recommend it to others. »

« Really valued a last minute and quick getaway on Nantucket. Time & Tide was close enough to town and the grocery store that you can walk easily. We enjoyed meals in as well as appreciated restaurants close by. Spent time in the nice private backyard and also had a space to park a car should you need one. »

« We loved the cottage itself and location. It was outside of Nantucket but it was super easy to get to with the shuttle and the perk of being outside of town is that it was very peaceful. Lots to do on the island itself and surrounding areas. We would stay again. »

« We had a lovely time at Sally’s home! She was very communicative and generous throughout our entire long weekend stay with my group of friends. It was a perfect apartment above the garage that was cleanly and had everything we needed for a great beach weekend. The location was close to town and very close to Surfside beach. We hope to come back and stay again! »
