Gutes Preisleistungs Angebot
Massena ist nur zur Übernachtung zu empfehlen. Die Stadt selber ist zu klein. Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen. Restauranttipp: Vino vidi Vici - ist gerade auf der anderen Hauptstrassen Seite. Guter Italiener.

This is an overpriced property and not worth what we paid for. The motel does not have elevators or ramps and so not recommended for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs pr with mobility issues. Dated room, stained carpets and flimsy towels. They did keep the room clean and the staff was friendly. No breakfast.

Before you booked the room you know the what the price was for the day you booked a smoking room but we had 1 non smoking room and we transferred you there you wanted a late checkout. We gave you a late checkout without any extra charges. Our hotel meets all wyndham requirement's. Next time you book your room ask them what are the requirements or look online.

The property was very convenient to all attractions. Staff very pleasant. I found the room to be pretty clean except for the Blankets needed to be cleaned. We went out and bought blankets Other then that experience, our stay was very nice.

Stayed one night, room was clean, however there was an old recliner chair I would not sit on (looked disgusting), the bathroom faucet was very loose and I was waiting for it to blow off and the tub had brown stains on the bottom - i would not get in for a shower. The walls and ceiling is very thin so at 5AM I heard everything over top and next to me. People walking, going to the bathroom, caughing etc.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was very clean. The parking lot was very small. There weren't many amenities, but as I was only there from midnight until 9a.m., I didn't need many. The shower was fairly narrow, and there wasn't a microwave. The room description did NOT list a microwave though.

The hotel room was small but very lean and everything in the bathroom was working well no clogging and water pressure was good. The room ac/heater was off when entering the room sometimes results bad smell but this one did not smell.

Honestly, I had pretty low expectations of a place in such a rural area. I was kind of expecting mildew, mold and drafty but it was very clean, updated and comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend and would stay away.

We stayed here as a last minute get away, paid $116. Not too expensive, but not motel price either, a nice middle ground. We got inside and the foyer seemed managed, not well kept but managed, at least. After check in we made it up to our room for a once over safety check. During that check we noted that the shower head was rusty and filthy, the vent in the bathroom was dusty and half falling out of the wall, the sheets on the bed seemed to have a dark red stain on them along with hair & other stains, and the room itself stunk. Last minute/cheap or not, I definitely had higher hopes & certainly won’t stay here again.

No credit for staying
When we tried to check-in, the super 8 computer wi-fi got scammed and we had to come back in 2 hours to check-in. The clerk could not even give us the key for the room and seems to be confused. because it was a weekend, there was no superior around to advise him. My laptop had been previously logged in to their wi-fi and got hacked to. It is still in the shop while the Tech tries to figure out why I can't log on to my system. After they got their website back, we were able to get our room and the rest of the stay went smoothly. Unfortunately, we did not get our room credit for our Hotels.com account and missed out on our free room. Tough break.

When you book a room online you have to make sure the place you are booking is the exact place you want to go.It was a mistake on your side and you never came to our hotel in Massena NY and you are writing us a bad review..
