Thank you for your review, Sherry. We are glad you enjoyed being in the area, it is very beautiful. For future reference, our standard rooms all have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Our suites are the rooms with kitchen sinks, cabinets, stove/oven, toaster, etc. Four of our five suites also have bathtubs which are much roomier than our stand up showers. The roach you found is what we Floridians call a "palmetto bug". The bad news is that they fly and like to land on people, which is how he may have ended up in your room. The good news is that they are very easy to control and your siting is the first one that we have had since we took over management in September. We did have our pest control company, Orkin, make a special visit to inspect and re-spray just in case. We are in the process of getting new mattresses now so if you'd like to come back to try us again I'm sure your next stay will be more pleasant. You would love Suite 3 which is a huge room with both a bathtub and a kitchen. It's a favorite because it has amazing panoramic views and a semi-private fishing deck. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from that room! Think about it and give us a call!
