« The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it. »

« The amenities were poorly maintained and not well cleaned. There was a broken toilet seat and we could not use it, broken shower tray and mould, cobwebs everwhere. We had no extra bedding for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed. There was a horrible smell in one bedroom and bathroom so we don't believe they have been fully cleaned.
