This delightful 70² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a built-in double bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a small sunroom with a washing machine for your laundry needs.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed, a TV, and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lavra offers a tranquil coastal escape just north of Porto, where sandy beaches, rolling dunes, and Atlantic breezes define the rhythm of daily life. With its long stretches of shoreline, peaceful walking paths, and natural beauty, it’s a favourite for those seeking rest by the sea without straying far from the city. Traditional seafood restaurants and quiet cafés along the coast invite slow, scenic afternoons.

Beyond the beach, Lavra has a calm, village-like atmosphere with friendly locals and a strong connection to its maritime roots. The area is ideal for cycling, seaside strolls, and exploring lesser-known parts of the northern coastline. With its blend of quiet charm and easy access to Porto, Lavra offers a simple yet refreshing experience for travellers looking to unwind by the ocean.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Padre M. Teixeira de Melo, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
