Hotels in Matthews

„Excellent staff and facility. The only negative was paying for parking. In this area there was no need to charge for parking.“

„A little disappointing, that the pool wasn't open yet, but anything else was good.“

„Brand new building. Great location but thin walls. You here the guy in the next room snoring. Beds are very comfortable but coffee in the lobby does not deserve the name.“

„Great location surrounded from many restaurants and grocery store and makes business travels much easier “

„My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte.“

„Ballantyne is a beautiful area and Alofts are always relatively nice. The room was slightly aging and could use some upkeep, but nothing drastic.“

„customer oriented - issues have been handled on time“
