It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you in my 32 square meters studio with a beautiful VIEW on the PORT. The accommodation is ideally located, in a dynamic area with a holiday atmosphere where you can enjoy all the activities of the city and the beaches accessible on foot.

## Logement
The accommodation is fully equipped and perfectly suited for a tourist or business stay, with a capacity of up to 4 guests.

Fully renovated, it consists of a sleeping area with a high-quality 160 cm double bed (Emma memory foam mattress), a living room with a 2-person sofa bed, a functional fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a large dressing area, and a balcony where you can enjoy the sea and harbor view during sunny days.

You will discover the different cultural and tourist attractions of Mauguio while walking through the town: the Palace of the Counts-Bishops, listed as a Historic Monument, as well as the former castle of the Counts of Melgueil, which still preserves some 18th-century elements.

You will also enjoy the many nearby beaches offering various activities such as kitesurfing, sailing, diving, pétanque, and boat trips. Languedoc Évasion also offers “Trot'Evasion”, an off-road electric scooter tour to explore the surrounding area.

You can also discover the different towns and villages along the Mediterranean coast, such as Montpellier, La Grande-Motte, and Le Grau-du-Roi.

Many bars and restaurants are located nearby where you can enjoy local specialties, including Le Napoléon, l'Arrêt Ô Port, and La Plancha, as well as a SPAR and an Utile supermarket for your shopping needs.

The Carnon Centre car park is free for 48 hours and easy to use with the EasyPark app.

It is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

## Emplacement
Originally called Melgueil, the city of Mauguio was an important county town during the Middle Ages. Amputated of some of its districts in the middle of the 19th century to create the city of Palavas-les-Flots, it is today an important tourist site of the region appreciated particularly for its beaches. At the gates of the Camargue, Mauguio still reveals today a modest architectural heritage, but above all dream landscapes that attract each year a large number of tourists eager to enjoy the calm of the Mediterranean Sea.
