David nas je lepo sprejel in nam posredoval vse informacije o otoku, restavracijah,...Uzivali smo v cudoviti villi ob morju, ki nudi popolno udobje. Veliki odprti prostori s pogledom na morje so dodana vrednost. Sean, who assisted with our luggage transport was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Barbados and provided lots of ideas of where to go and what to do while we were there. Paradise! Our family stay at Turtlebottom was perfect. Well-stocked home, relaxing porch and courtyard, outdoor shower, and directly on a beautiful beach. Cafes, coffee shop, happy hour, and the fish market were all an easy walk. David was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We will cherish our memories of this special place.

Just back from a weeks stay in Turtle Bottom. We cannot say enough great things this property has to offer. The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had small children with us so getting out to restaurants was not easy. We hired a chef to come in a few nights and he loved the fully equipped kitchen.Having the beach at your doorstep was so convenient. While the little one’s napped my hubby and I took turns swimming in the ocean.The villa is very close to Oistins and a short cab ride to the Gap. If you like to be away from crowds and have all most your own private beach then this is the perfect place.David is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating when travel plans get messed up. We will definitely be returning.

The location of this property is PERFECT! It is right on the beach, with a large, beautiful covered porch and a brick terrace. It is near many great restaurants and tourist destinations. A little piece of paradise

My friends and I all agree, if we could be back at Turtle Bottom right now, we would be. We all miss morning coffee looking at an incredible view & being just steps away from walking in to the water. It felt like our own private paradise & paradise it was. We could not get enough of the view. It was breath-taking. It's close to Oistins, the grocery store & the house had all we needed, road noise was a non issue, outside area and beach were exceptional.You will not regret staying at Turtle Bottom.

Great location, great property

Great property right on the beach and there was a day a few turtles swam up next to us while playing in the water! Very cool. We ate out most every night on the patio just listening to the surf. It was wonderful!We enjoyed our stay and can not recommend enough. Easy walk to Massey, surfers cafe and Oistins fish market.We rented a car so did not use the bus…but bus stop is literally at the corner of the car park for house.If you are used to using washcloths I would recommend bringing with you., the house has none. Plenty of towels though! Washer and dryer was extremely nice to have and there was laundry detergent available.Great property, you can’t go wrong with renting Turtle Bottom.

Barbados Paradise

We throughly enjoyed our week in Turtle Bottom! The bedrooms were beautiful, each had doors with access to the patio and the beach, the beds were very comfortable. Each had its own separate bathroom and the showers were wonderful. the kitchen was modern and well stocked with pan, pots, plates utensils and everything needed for cookling and baking. The living room was comfortable, well decorated and the a/c and fans worked great in all the locations. The perfect white sand beach was right outside the door. We could walk easily to the supermarket and restaurants in Oistins. Access to other beaches, restaurants and shopping was easily accessible by hopping a public bus, taxi or one of the fun jitneys. Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic Stay for our Big Family (6 kiddos)

Our stay at Turtlebottom on Maxwell in Barbados was a fantastic experience for our family of eight. The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous sunset views and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Being able to step right onto the sand was a highlight for everyone, and the quiet beach provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation.The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our large group. While the backside of the property is near a busy street, it wasn’t much of a bother and didn’t take away from the overall tranquility we enjoyed.Turtlebottom offered a great balance of beauty, comfort, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for families or groups looking for a beachfront getaway. Idyllic beachfront property

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is literally right on a beautiful beach that is not overly busy. Gorgeous sand & turquoise ocean. We spent many hours between the water and the spacious shaded deck. We had everything we needed. David was gracious in providing us airport transfers as well as some groceries to get us started which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend !

Turtle Bottom

We came in late thanks to American Airlines. We were all tired and hungry after 24 hours of travel, and Sean was very accommodating (Sean works with David as a driver). The property was right by the bus stop and being across the street from the Golden Sands meant getting a taxi was easy! You could get food to go from the Golden Sands and they have a great karaoke night (Kids welcome). Turtle Bottom was not only close to many things it was easy to get in and out of, and the store is a 10-minute walk up the street. We will be back in Barbados next year and with the fun we had we will look to stay here again! Cheers!

Simply perfect

At first I was litte bit worried about the position next to the road, but after arrival you realise you live on the other side of the house, where you can hear only the waves. It is little paradise, where you forget about everything and enjoy only your holiday. Bus stop next to the house, shopping close by, perfect comunication with David. We will be back for sure👍

Lovely beachfront property with beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at Turtle Bottom. This is a well kept property that is fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. David was very quick to respond to any questions we had and Sean our driver was a wealth of information. I cannot say enough about the location of this villa....it was perfect. A few minute walk to Oistins, bus stop right our front of the house for a 5 min bus ride to Saint Lawrence Gap for a plethora of restaurants/bars, and the view, oh my that view! Spent much of our time sitting on the outdoor patio eating. chatting, reading, watching for turtles and listening to the waves. Spectacular vacation. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Turtle bottom is indeed a great property although two of the bathrooms could do with the showers attending to, we all shared use of the master shower!! However I now struggle to leave positive feedback due to the offhand attitude of the owner!

This is the best property in the oistins area!

Exactly as shown and the perfect vacation rental for a family or small group. Beautiful and modern, this well decorated home is literally a walk through the garden to get to the beach. The bus stop at the front door is amazing! For $1USD you can go almost anywhere on the island. Convenient to get to the Oistins fish fry or for groceries, to the Gap, Bridgetown, west coast beaches.. Easy to walk to Oistins as well, for groceries or to go the surfers cafe for lunch. Can’t say enough about how awesome this rental was!!

Perfect Home for our family!

We spent 10 days in Barbados and loved Turtlebottom! The house is beautifully furnished, clean, and appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The beach is right there and is nearly private! The owners, the David and Sam, go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time ever. Pay attention to their recommendations...they know the island so well. Champers and The Tides were our favorite restaurants but there were so many places that were great! We rented a car and saw most of the island. We visited friends in other rental homes and saw nothing near as nice as Turtlebottom. Looking forward to coming back someday!

Stunning place to stay right on the beach and a wonderful location!

Turtlebottom is absolutely gorgeous!!! It had everything we needed. The three bathrooms and three bedrooms provided plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was well equipped and with it being within walking distance to the Oistins fish market, it was wonderful to be able to buy fresh fish and grill it ourselves. The location is an easy walk to a grocery store and the bus stop is right out front! The beach is just a couple of steps away and is simply beautiful! It was so calming to listen to the waves as we fell asleep at night. We’ll be back for sure!!!
