« Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer. Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. « We stayed in the king room with pavilion view which was stunningly beautiful pavilion day and night especially, the day view with river was also absolutely beautiful! One thing we didn’t like was the sink in a diagonal shape inside the sink which was wired . Breakfast was also great with many varieties Asian or western food , we loved it so much . Just the carpet floor has some stains but as long as you wear slippers didn’t bother us . Overall it was greet location, view and breakfast »

« I reserved & paid for the stay to Hotels.com online but the front desk staff insisted that I should pay again at the property. She said the payment to Hotels.com was merely to secure the room & Hotels.com will refund me. This is something new to be me after tens of reservations with Hotels.com. »

« Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. »
