« Everything was great. The only issue we experienced was a broken kitchen chair that I’m afraid could hurt someone. A very broken bed. The Explorer room has a log design queen bed and the entire base was broken in the middle. After further investigation, it was being held up by a landscaping stone. The tile in the bathroom has very sharp squared edges that could cut through skin with enough pressure. These are the things that need to be mentioned but we all had a wonderful time! »

« What a beautiful cabin with an amazing wall of windows overlooking the woods! We were lucky to stay during a period of light snow and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the comfy couch sipping tea and watching the snow fall. The hot tub was perfect to wind down at the end of the day! The kitchen had just about all of the equipment you would need to cook/bake, and salt and pepper. I suggest bringing foil, baggies, etc, if you are cooking and might have leftovers. We bought breakfast staples at...

« We had an awesome time at Poplar Ridge Cabin. It is new, very clean, and so close to several famous hiking places, food options, and only one mile from the beautiful winery!! It is very private and secluded with amazing views from the front porch of the sunrise and sunset. We can't wait to come back!! »

« We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was very clean, grounds was well maintained, hot tub was clean, and overall we had a nice stay. The internet and TV was out all weekend (internet provider issue according to the owner) but they had a DVD player with several movies on hand. It was a little chilly in the evenings so a few extra blankets for the bedroom would have been nice. Kitchen was well equipped but needed one large frying pan, only had one very small one Would definitely stay here again »

« From the location, to the stay it’s self I don’t know where to start! The house is way larger than the pictures show; the hot tub is in a fenced in around so you feel secluded; there a semi private porch on the other side with a fun swing and outside furniture; the bedrooms are nice and spread out so no one is sleeping on top of each other and each with their own personality. The living room/dining room space others a perfect opportunity to feel together for making dinner and playing games or...

« Host was responsive to our questions. We found the rooms to be comfortable. We spent most of our time in the main level. We were happy with the amenities provided and the property itself is in pretty good shape. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit, mostly due to the weather the weekend we stayed. Overall we recommend this property. »
