« Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card. »

« The whole complex was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was small in selection but very good. I would stay here again. »

« The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

« The place is ok, the staff was pleasant as well. it had a very good rating, but I'm not sure I would give it that, more like a good. Bathroom wall paper peeling, AC or fan, not sure which did not work properly, which made for a bit of warm sleeping. It was just ok »

« The staff here are very friendly. The property is very well maintained. There is always somebody at the desk willing to help you out. There is always available parking. Rooms are very nice and spacious and are always cleaned. »
