« Negatives: First of all the property is not numbered. Second, and most importantly, this a duplex. The person(s) upstairs started making an insane amount of noise starting at 10pm. They were finally quite after asking the owner to reach out to them. They started again around 1 and reached peak noise again between 2 and 4am, I got 3 hours of sleep total. The beds are just foam blocks, no support and was uncomfortable. Some of the bedding smelled like BO like they hadn't been washed. The rest...

« If you’re a night owl and don’t mind noisy neighbors, this spot will suit your needs. Unfortunately we were in town for a meeting and had to be up at 6am. Since the downstairs tenants stayed up until 1:30am, we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is just like the pictures though—very clean and updated. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook if you choose. One suggestion for the owner might be to add a path to the staircase so your guests don’t have...

« Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down.
