« A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp. Loved having a laundry facility and free parking! All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. »

« This is an amazing space! It was clean, quiet, and a walk/bike ride from Arcata’s markets and the baseball field. The place is well lit and has a full kitchen and a nice bathroom. You won’t be sorry if you book this place. The owners are very communicative if you need them, but you have everything you need in this space. I would 100% stay with them again! »

I don't think anyone was in the other buildings, but it felt a little uncomfortable. Yard lights outside also made it hard get the room dark (again no curtains). »
