« When we arrived, the house had not been swept, and none of the rooms have been vacuumed. There were missing towels in rooms and there were many things that were broken and not working when we were staying there. Sadly, this has been one of the worst places we have stayed. The cleaners just sprayed a bunch of Clorox to make it smell clean, but most of the floors were nasty. »
