Stay was great. We really liked the solitude of the property. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would have given top score on property but for the fact that there is no real living area on main floor. Original living area has been replaced with large dining table, so no comfortable place to sit and enjoy view and fireplace on main floor. Living area is on floor below which was not large enough to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably. However, weather was good while we were there in early August so we spent most our time on patio.Also, booking was very confusing as it was through VRBO and ITrip Northwest. Apparently, in addition to booking with VRBO I had to sign a rental agreement with itrip also but I didn’t know this. This left me hassling to get entry info to the house the night we were to arrive. Much panic on my part. I have rented through VRBO many times and never had this problem before. Will always follow up with VRBO in the future to see if they are the only rental service for the property.

We were staying in the area so we could attend a wedding. This property was comfortable, clean and quiet. The night sky was incredible. We would recommend this property.

Wine Escape

My 4 friends and I stayed here for a wine weekend. The house was great, and although two people shared a room, there was a couch and a futon where someone could’ve slept if they didn’t mind sharing. There’s lots of space, the bathrooms were nice, and everything was clean. The only issue we had is that the sign with the address was not visible (had flipped over) so we were confused about where the rproperty was. I would stay here again if going back.

Willamette Valley Home

Beautiful home, great views, well stocked kitchen! The street is a bit lower income, but the home is gated and in beautiful condition. We even grilled in for dinner one night! Would definitely return!

Bayou wedding

Great house for our family’s wedding week in McMinnville. Loved the open upper floor and deck overlooking the course and a nice separate suite downstairs for our daughters family. Very quiet and secluded right on a chestnut orchard.

Ironman stay

The check in code did not work but contacted the property. It took a few hours to get it open unfortunately. Location was good as were in town for the Ironman in Salem. Beautiful property but not in a great neighborhood.

Home base for wine tasting weekend

We stayed here on a visit to the Willamette Valley with two other couples for a wine tasting weekend. The house is on a gated property in a quiet area with a golf course view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely appointed. There was nowhere for our group of 6 to hang out on the main level other than the dining room or the dining table on the deck (and there is no TV on the main level), but the basement family room does include a large TV with streaming. Communication with the host was outstanding. The location was on the south end of our tasting area, which ranged from Carlton to Newberg, but we were within a half hour of everything. We would stay here again.

Great House in the middle of the Willamette Valley

We had a group of 8 (four couples) stay at the house for a long weekend in July. It was clean and perfect for using as a home base or a place to actually hang out. We would definitely rent this home again. The property management company made it very easy to get checked in and checked out.

Fantastic Home

We cannot say enough about how great our experience was visiting Jades View in McMinnville. Home was perfectly outfitted for our group of 6 that was visiting wine country for the weekend. All amenities appeared to be brand new, and the Lifestyle Properties team was fantastic to work with, offering grocery pick up service, stocking the house for us prior to our arrival. Would absolutely come back.
