« We were disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of our room during our weekend stay at Three Bears Hotel. The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatters from previous guests. When we were getting the kids ready for bed, I noticed black smudges on all the pillows that looked like makeup, and some even resembled shoe prints. The double sofa bed where my son was supposed to sleep was also very dirty, and the floor had clearly not been properly swept or vacuumed.
