« We've stayed at Grass Valley Courtyard Suites several times, especially when we're in town for shows at the Center for the Arts. It's become our go-to place to stay whenever we're in Grass Valley. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the peaceful courtyard makes it a relaxing place to unwind. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and local restaurants. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back. »

« First, I booked via Expedia. I read an email from the hotel forwarded from Expedia but I failed to see there was an attachment. My bad. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. Everything was locked up. I called the hotel and was advised to use the keypad to open the building and again, once inside, to open our room. There was no staff on the premise. We thought we might be the only guests in the hotel but later bumped into a family staying on the floor above us. If I had opened the email...

« The building is showing its age in places, like the elevator, but the room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. My first assigned room's door wouldn't work and it looked like someone had taken a crow bar to it. My second room was good, but was on the freeway side of the building and was kind of noisy.
