„Its amazing hotel. Mr kendrick was a gentleman really helpful. My problems was breakfast was very disappointing. Mr kendrick advised my wife to order laxsa. This malay girl was not friendly n the other woman was making indean bread when i ask her to add in one egg. She sad we don't do this. For a 5star hotel. Very bad manager have to look into this matter. Ps first time happened.“

„The design and the atmosphere are unique. “

„Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sauber, geräumige Zimmern. Schöner Außenpool mit Liegen. “

„Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided.“

„I liked the location on Merdeka Square, with the riverside, Old Court House cafe and China Street close by, as well as the Borneo Cultures Museum. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk were always helpful.“

„like..easy food access downstairs.. dont like..room too hot 😥..aircon duct from outside does not make the room cooler esp during this hot season...room walls no soundproof u can hear people f..king n talking next door..😱😲management should do profer soundproof nextime..“

„Close neighbouring area aren't attractive at all but it is very close to Masjid Kuching. very convenient for muslims. Kuching Waterfront and a shopping mall are at walking distance. Room was comfortable enough for stay with fox movie channel to entertain you. breakfast variety not that much but they tasted good. enjoyed my breakfast. the only thing that dissapointed me was poor wifi signal inside the room.“
