« Perfect spot. Great location near downtown. We parked at the cottage and didn't use the car all weekend. Walk to Shakespeare festival and lithia park. Plenty of restaurants and brunch spots nearby. We had a fantastic time and will rebook here in the future. »

« This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient. »

« Stayed 4 nights. Everything was as advertised, or better. Great communication with hosts. We were in town to visit family and we were able to to pivot to accommodate the need for day visits with my aunt in her newly aquired wheelchair due to a fall VS outings, and the patio worked great for this. Would stay here again. »

« Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again. »
