« I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. "This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."
