"Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again! "
