Great location, very quiet and cozy. Super relaxing with a first row view of the ocean, sunrise, sunset, and the soothing sound of the waves crashing. Management was very responsive and pleasant. We had a great time.

Private getaway

Location and the private beach were amazing. The house is a little older and the couches a little worn out but it fit us perfectly. We literally had the beach to ourselves for an entire week! A few “neighbors” two days but they were several houses down and no bother at all. Local food was amazing. We all really loved our stay and had a great time.

This property was exactly what we expected. My wife and I were joined by our 3 adult kids and their spouses. Time spent together at the house, was perfect, and the individual daily excursions worked out great. Everyone had a time. Thank you.

Breathtaking view

Was a wonderful place, views you just couldn't pass up, but it is in need of some repairs. All faucets were loose and you had to be gentle or they would go through the walls, screen doors just needed the sand to be cleaned out of the tracks and they worked just fine. The No-See-Ums were really bad., But over all it was so peaceful and beautiful stay. I would stay here again

Beautiful beach property!

Our group of 6 ladies loved our stay here. It was the perfect size for our group and SO CLOSE to the ocean. The sound of waves crashing was so hypnotic and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. We use VRBO often and would definitely stay here again. The owner even graciously allowed late check out which was much appreciated.

Stunning beach, yet frustrating doors and hard beds.

Location was spectacular. We enjoyed the private beach access most of all. We were disappointed, however, that the beds were uncomfortably hard. The master bathroom door features a frosted glass panel. When your spouse uses the bathroom at night, you will be startled by bright light illuminating the entire bedroom. In addition, the "sliding" screen doors opening onto the back patio did not slide at all. Instead, one was required to wheedle them open and shut with two hands. Renters should be aware that this property owner requires one to purchase a separate insurance policy or add a substantial security deposit on top of the hefty rental fees.

Very disappointed

We rented this property primarily for the location. There was no access to the beach during our stay. I’m expecting the owner to refund a portion of my rental costs. I’ve inquired twice so far and have as of yet received no response. I would be pleased if VRBO would intervene on my behalf. Thank you

Oceanfront Paradise

The only problem with this house is that I don’t own it lol. This is an absolutely beautiful house, spectacularly clean, filled with cute beach decor and very well stocked! The ocean is directly in your backyard and the view from the patio is amazing. With only 11 steps to the sand, you can hear the waves 24/7 and the beach is private, gorgeous and filled with shells to collect. The house is fully stocked with bath/beach towels, linens, beach chairs, 2 hair dryers, ground coffee maker and everything you might need to cook. The surrounding area is very quiet and it’s a bit of drive to stores and restaurants although we didn’t mind that. We did have a bit of bad luck bc there was some construction on the beach as the area prepares the sand for the sea turtles this spring but we were able to move a few houses down on the beach to avoid the sight/sounds of dump trucks and bulldozers so it didn’t end up being too much of an issue. Overall this is the perfect house if you are looking for maximum beach/ocean time to relax and rejuvenate. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stylish water view home

This house would be perfect for a getaway with friends - like a bachelorette weekend or surf fishing trip. It is a simply appointed, stylish home; the common room is great for group cooking, cocktails, a watch party, etc. There is only one common space, which was a little tricky with our big, busy family (preparing dinner, feeding kids, and watching sports all happened within a few feet of each other). This house is right on the beach, which made it easy for many family trips to and from the beach (morning coffee, walks, getting snacks for afternoons of fishing and sandcastles). At high tide there was almost no usable beach; the steep drop off also made for big surf that kept a lot of the family (especially kids) out if the water. It is great for surf fishing and body surfing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were able to keep 3 generations of family happy here for a week. The crib mattress had similar were a huge help. (The hard floors were tricky for a newly crawling baby, but they were super easy to clean, which was great.)

The Perfect Beach Stop After Disney

After spending 4 days moving full-speed at Disney, this beachfront property was exactly what we needed to unwind! It was clean, accommodated 2 families with littles perfectly, and the beach was right outside the back door! The waves were pretty strong for kids to be in the water but they had a blast on the beach and found tons of huge seashells. The kitchen and grill were perfect so we could order groceries and stay in. Definitely a great property.

Perfect beach house

We had an amazing vacation at this property. Being able to walk out the back sliders and onto the beach was exactly what we were looking for. All of us had a wonderful time from ages 10 to 47. Close to downtown Melbourne as well as state parks. The house had everything we needed!

Surprising lack of response to minor incident

The house was terrific and pretty much as stated in VRBO, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The reason for the 2 star rating is the lack of response to an incident where my wife tripped on a low/small step outside the front door. The step is very deceiving, blending in with the patio as we all managed to stumble a time or two. My wife however did tumble skinning her knee and elbow… and twisting her foot which still causes some pain 2 weeks after the incident. I texted Jared right away just to let him know and got no response… even to this day. To not be concerned about my wife tripping and injuring herself is surprisingly disrespectful in my book. One other issue we had has to do with the water supply, which I understand is well water and common to just about everywhere in Fla. The smell of Sulphur was always present when the water was turned on. It was a topic noted and discussed constantly.
