Gefallen hat uns das Studio. Es war geräumig, das Bett bequem und hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Dame beim Check Inn war sehr freundlich. Ansonsten war der Service sehr schlecht!! Erste schriftliche Anfrage bzgl. Airport transportation wurde gar nicht beantwortet! Bei einer telef. Anfrage hängt man ewig in der Warteschleife😏. Die Gutscheinvoucher, die wir für den Verzicht auf Zimmerreinigung erhielten konnten nicht so angewendet werden, wie vorab darauf hingewiesen. Einmal haben wir Frühstück am Vorabend angemeldet zu einem ermäßigten Preis von 20$/P.; berechnet wurden die üblichen 25$/P.; haben wir leider beim checkout nicht beachtet, weil wir mit dem Voucher-Ärgernis beschäftigt waren... Frühstück war eher mäßig... lohnt unser Meinung nach überhaupt nicht. Besser im Zimmer oder außerhalb einnehmen.

Das Hotel liegt gut zur Erkundung der Stadtmitte. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und haben eine Küchenzeile. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern Wasserkocher für Instantkaffee. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, was für den Baulärm rundherum gut ist, aber es ist stickig und leider war es im Internet nicht aufgeführt, sonst hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Das Frühstück ist nicht lecker. Keine Wurst/ Käse , nur Toast und Instant Rührei. Es gibt viele Frühstücksmöglichkeiten nahe dem Hotel

Tolles Hotel mit Klasse Aussicht
Oaks on Market liegt sehr zentral direkt im CBD von Melbourne. In höheren Etagen hat man eine fantastische Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet. Ich kenne nun nicht alle Zimmerkategorien aber unser Zimmer wae sehr groß mit einem Bad mit Badewanne und eine voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile welche wir gerne vollumfänglich genutzt haben. Pool und Fitnessraum können die Gäste kostenfrei im Basement bis 22h nutzen. Wir waren dort drei Nächte und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Für meinen Eindruck hier also klar Daumen hoch.

Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig mit Küche und Sofa. Es war für ein citytrip genau richtig. Die Lage war auch gut. Leider war das Internet nur für eine 30 Stunde pro 24h kostenlos. Das war leider ein wenig zu kurz da sich max 3 Geräte diese Zeit teilen mussten.

Good location and fit for purpose. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Massive influx of guests relating to AFL matches so got congested which was expected for lift times and humans congregating around the concierge areas etc. Room was in need of maintainance work. Toilet inlet valve kept inleting water, broken trim around toilet buttons and under toilet seat, drawer in cupboard fell apart when pulled out. Would stay again hoping maintenance issues are addressed.

Good Location 2 min walk to tram stop, and free trams in the CBD. We stayed on the 13th Floor so above the surrounding office buildings. Rooms were clean and nice. TV was a little small. Some of the bathroom ares showing age but everything worked.

The room was fantastic on the first day, but upon returning for the second day, we found our beds unmade and no fresh towels provided. When inquired, we were informed it wasn't included in our package, which was quite surprising and disappointing.

Stairs at only entrance or needing to use a wheelchair lift was not ideal for having a child in a pram. Bathroom grout could have used a deep clean. Otherwise was excellent and loved the $60 late 4pm check out option. Nice pool and close to DFO / south warf.

I loved this property for many reasons, the staff were amazing and so polite, the room was beautiful, and it was clean and affordable. I would stay here again for sure, and likely will. I did find the bed uncomfortable and hard and the partition down the middle was uneven. I will likely go for a queen bed if I stay again rather than the king. I did order room service and was looking forward to that but in all honesty it wasn't very good and so I ordered uber eats the rest of my stay. There were some crumbs and dust inside some of the cupboards but it was easily overlooked I'm guessing. Overall I still think this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in this price range.

Good hotel, bad experience
Large space with lounge area and kitchen; pool and spa facilities; room service available; good location. Would rate this hotel above its sister on Collins. However, due to an incident involving my room being unlocked by staff during the night to allow access to someone claiming to be a hotel guest, I won't stay here again - staff were apologetic but unfortunately it tainted things from a safety and security perspective.

一歳の娘と家族3人で宿泊しました。事前リクエスト通りキングサイズベッドの部屋で、リビングダイニングも広々としておりよかったです。 唯一の難点はエントランスが６段ほどの階段になっておりベビーカーを運ぶのが大変でした。(車椅子用の昇降機はありましたが毎回スタッフを呼ぶ必要があり時間もかかるので一回しか使いませんでした) それ以外はとても快適な滞在でした:)
