Holiday home for 4 guests in a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a complex with swimming pool that is 10 meters away from the beach, between San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near Melendugno.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, kitchenette, toaster oven, tv, internet, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, safe. In the property there is a laundry area at disposal of the guests. Pets are allowed.

Comfort n. 7 is on the ground floor of the complex, in the large garden
and it`s reachable from the garden or from an independent entrance at
the side of the complex.
The apartment is introduced by a pertinent outdoor area with dining table.
THe
rooms are refined, cozy and bright and consist of a living room with
open kitchen and dining area, 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed, 1 double
bedroom with air conditioning, 1 full bathroom.
The services of the holiday complex in San Foca
The
guests of the two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the complex
share its services. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the garden,
surrounded by beach beds and umbrellas, outdoor equipped areas and
fitness areas.
The guests share, in the complex, the large garden with bar, showers, entertainment area with beach tennis court and playground with giant chess and checkers sets, Jacuzzi with solarium, a small pond and a botanical path.
In the hall of the complex there is a pool table and sofas. The laundry area is shared and it`s on the basement floor of the complex, where is also a storage room for beach equipment. The private and reserved parking is near the building.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared and by fee launderette.
- Shared washing machine, Ping-Pong, Jacuzzi and beach tennis field.
