« Work trip to Florence. Ok hotel. »

« L'ensemble du personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Suite spacieuse avec excellente literie. Très bonne nourriture. Position centrale pour visiter Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Sienne, le Vla d'Orcia et bonne entendu le Chianti. Deux bémols : il faudrait proposer des repas le soir moins copieux et ouvrir plus tôt le petit déjeuner car à 8h, ça fait un peu tard. »

« Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us »

« This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. »

« Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...

« We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! »

« Tutto si può riassumere in poche parole: soggiorno fantastico in una splendida camera di uno splendido palazzo (X secolo!) di una splendida cittadina in compagnia di persone stupende! Come ospitalità non si può trovare più di così!!! La camera era davvero confortevole, accuratamente arredata con mobili d'epoca e dotata di tutto il necessario (...e anche di più, vista la presenza dell'idromassaggio!).
