Golf Trip Stay

Preston and Bridget were amazing hosts. Communicate with me every step of the way. Clearly defined expectations and check out procedures. Made the entire process easy and worry free for our group. Property was exactly as advertised. In a great locatio and easy access to multiple places in area. Would higly recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely Midtown Home, quiet street

Great house at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of everything. Perfect for a family stay. Also lots of quiet spots where you can set up and work like we did. Really enjoyed our stay.

Just did a short girls trip with my sisters and mom and had a really nice stay at this beautiful home. It’s designed well and has all of the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately while we were there, the pool wasn’t clean enough for us to use but I did message the owners to make sure they were aware so it could be addressed for upcoming travelers. The check in & out process was extremely simple and the host was great with their communication and response time. I would definitely stay here again.

Womens weekend in Memphis

Thank you! Overall very pleased with VRBO. Good location- safe neighborhood. Spacious home with nice rooms. Nice common area for hanging out. Nice kitchen. Loved parking and check in - safe and great temp of house. Housekeeping could be one area to be improved/ house was clean but some attention to details is missing. Example- kitchen closet when opened (because cleaning supplies were seen under the food) a broom fell out and was clearly shoved in closet. It was okay w four adults but a kid could have been hurt. Pool/hot tub is great. Happy we rented here- would totally rent again.

Wonderful experience

This is a beautiful home, very spacious, and clean. It’s located in a great area, safe neighborhood with lots of places to eat and adventure to. My family loved the stay, the game room and living room allowed my husband to watch the game while my toddler watch cartoons just a few feet away. Definitely would recommend and book again.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Had way more room than we needed but it was fun to get lost in this lovely home. Safe area. Would have stayed longer. The pool unfortunately didn’t heat however our host made it right which was appreciated. Would absolutely go back. Thank you!

Cute little house!

We had a family vacation and this house accommodated us all very comfortably. It was well stocked, very easy check in and centrally located to the zoo and restaurants.The host is very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I would bring my family here again. We loved the back yard pool/hot tub and fire pit and the very quiet neighborhood.

A great weekend

Memphis is our family’s new meeting spot because our children moved there and are having our first grandchild. We gathered from 5 different states and this house was hands down our favorite any of us have stayed in. It was roomy, new, well decorated, well lit outside and on a cul-de-sac. Highly recommend!

Great house!!

We loved our stay at this house. Highly recommended! The location was perfect for the things we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The living room is set up nice so we could all sit around to talk. The kitchen is very well supplied and a great size. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. A few things I would change. The beds in the master bedroom and the larger room upstairs have mattresses that are saggy in the middle and are not super comfy. Also, the air hockey table is not useable.we will definitely come back if we need to stay in the area. Thank you!!

Memphis for Thanksgiving

A number of things need attention. Air hockey table air doesn’t work. Shelves are supported with books. Trash box hinges are not good. Sofa bed end is askew. Only 2 showers where listing says 3. Two wall shelves can’t be used safely. Master mattress is drooping. Bar top isn’t fastened anymore. Teflon cooking pans need replacing. Spa pool can’t heat properly. As a gathering place it was fine. Close enough to everything. Neighborhood was quiet.

Charming Place and quiet neighborhood!

Upon arriving you are greeted with the cutest home. Opening the door you step into a very modern and sleek style. The master bath is amazing with many upgrades. The rooms upstairs are just as charming. Much more room than expected. The drive to downtown and Graceland are simple. The host were very responsive and truly care about their guests experience. I highly recommended this home.

Just what we needed

We were satisfied with the accommodations and the location was great for the tennis tournament we were participating in and for shopping, etc. The home is well cared for, although the back area around the hot tub was sort of messy. We did not end up using the hot tub or the backyard so it was okay for us. The house had all we needed and we would stay there again.

Conference Getaway

This property was perfect for a 5 day stay for some co-workers and I. From the moment we booked, the communication was great. The home looked like the pictures. Although I was sad the air didn't work on the air hockey machine in the gaming area. The house was close to grocery stores and everything we needed. We were excited everyday to come back to the house and relax after long days at the conference. Because this is an annual conference, we will definitely be staying here again... To add, we needed to extend for a day at the last minute and because communication was so good, it was a seemless process...

Sisters Catch-Up

I had never been to Memphis before this trip so I was not familiar with any of the surroundings. The house is adorable! Its a house I could live in full time and be totally comfortable. Loved the openess of the first floor and the size of all of the bedrooms were great. It was also good that there was a 1st floor master, my oldest sister uses a cane and it was perfect for her. It was also a very quite street, no one to one side of the house which was also nice.

Came with a group of the guys and had a wonderful time.

The location was very clean, smelled fine, and was a great location. It isnt right by Beale Street but an easy uber/drive. 4 bedrooms is a great plus. Two TV's in the main room/kitchen. The only thing not up to expectations was the back year. It is still nice, just a little morem used than the photos. I would book this house and this team again in a hear beat.

Beautiful Home Great location

Lovely spot and great location. About 17 minutes from Wolfchase galleria mall but other shopping and grocery 5 minutes away. For those that like to take a chance at Lady Luck, it’s about 40 minutes from Tunica. We did a 3 day turn and burn family reunion trip and wish we could have enjoyed the property longer! Will check availability on our next trip. Satisfied Ohio Buckeyes

Charming house, perfect for families! This adorable & well-designed house offered plenty of space for our family. The inside was very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfy, linens fresh, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked! Bonus points for baby items and the quiet cul-de-sac location. Heads up: The "pool" is actually a hot tub, not ideal for summer cooling off, which was a primary reason we booked the house. The hot tub as also pretty dirty. A couple of game room items (air hockey/selfie stick) needed fixing, but overall a great stay!

For Every Age

The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back.

Memphis Belle

Because this place is the bomb. ;) I felt safe staying there with 4 kids - we enjoyed the heck out of the heated pool even on the chilly nights - the beds were super comfortable - and there was enough space to spread out. Bridget and Preston were great and super responsive with any questions. Neighbors were friendly and it’s a great location close to attractions and lots of food choices. We loved every minute!
