We had some issues with the AC breaking on our 3/5 nights. We had a window unit and fans but it was a little struggle.Of course it happened on a Saturday night and there was an attempt to get it repaired by the owners that was unsuccessful. The Ice machine did not work in the fridge as it was frozen over and there was a broken leg on the coffee table, but those were minor things. I will say the owner was really receptive to text and did refund us for 2 of the nights. The property was otherwise very nice, modern, well maintained. The jacuzzi on the porch was amazing. It was just a little too hot outside for us to use it much in June. We felt very safe in an unsafe city staying at this Air BNB with the gated very spacious back yard and covered parking which was a great benefit with the frequent storms. It is also very close to multiple grocery stores, coffee shops and was less than 10 minutes from our medical conference. Due to the fore mentioned struggles we had, I can not rate them a 5, however I would still recommend perhaps one of the owners other properties. And if they get the AC more reliable this really would have been a 5 star trip and stay.
