We checked in and then went to get our bags. My husband decided he wanted to use the restroom first. He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. He told her he had just checked in, but she said that wasn't true and that he couldn't use the facility. Later, she called our room at 10:00 PM to ask a question about our reservation. The day before our check-out date, my husband walked past the desk to his car, and I followed. The same person asked, "Are you leaving?" and I said yes, thinking she was just asking if we were leaving for the day. A few minutes later, I received a text saying we had been checked out of the hotel! I called and asked her why she did that, and she said because I said we were leaving. I told my husband about it, and he said he heard her arguing with another guest that morning. Now, we are dealing with overcharges that the supervisor said were incidentals and that we would be refunded within 7 to 14 days of our check-out date. I have never had to wait up to 14 days to get refunded for incidental charges. We were told at check-in that the incidentals were $50.00, but the overcharge was way over that. It's a new hotel, so it's clean, but that's the only nice thing I can say about it. The breakfast was mediocre. Stay away.
