« The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

Dinners on the terrace were a highlight - the kitchen, although small was well equipped. We loved Bellano as it was very well connected by train and ferry but nice and quiet after experiencing the busier towns on the lake. « The place and views were great. I little hard to find at first, but once you learned where it was it wasn't an issue. Everything was great with the exception of a few minor plumbing issue. The upstairs bathroom sink needs to be cleared/plunged as the water was passing extremely slow and the kitchen faucet needs to be repaired as it was leaking from it's base. »

« This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs. « Magnifique vue sur le lac de Côme L'accès au villa est un peu compliqué. La literie des 2 chambres sur quatre ne sont pas fait et le jardin non plus,.lors de notre arrivée. La quatrième chambre est une chambre pour enfant , pas d'armoire de rangement et elle est minuscule Le point le plus handicapant est le wifi, zéro débit , nous devons utiliser notre forfait 4G à l'étranger et devons acheter le forfait supplémentaire »

« Had an extraordinary stay for one week in late June. The house is beautiful and the outdoor landscaping, pool and view of the lake is breathtaking. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at the house and the town of Bellano. We did day trip hiking and also boating on the lake. Easy to visit other parts of the lake and always happy to return “home” to the peace and beauty of the house. We look forward to returning to this magical place!! »

« My extended family (12 people) spent an amazing week at this property. The property exceeded our expectations considerably, it's absolutely pristine and has amazing views. About a 10 minute walk to Menaggio with lots of charming shops, restaurants etc.Laura helped us arrange private chefs and boat tours, was very responsive and kind. This is an expensive place, but it offers great luxury and beauty. A good value I'd say. My only warning will be that the drive to/from Como is not for the faint of...
