Back indoors, the main living area offers a plush sectional, swivel chairs, a fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Browse the many shelves brimming with books or choose from one of the provided board games for fun afternoons.



Choose from four well-appointed bedrooms including a main bedroom and a junior suite with desks and chairs, TVs, and en suite bathrooms. These rooms also offer private access out to the deck. Listen to the ocean crashing on the rocks as you drift off to sleep or enjoy your own soundtrack via the Bluetooth receiver with tower speakers.

House Rules

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.



For security and peace of mind, this property has exterior-only security cameras that monitor the gate, parking area, front yard, front door and garage doors.
