« We selected Siena as our starting point for our hike on the via francigenia to Roma. This was a great property for us to acclimate to Italy. We had a bit of a walk to get down into the city but it was great to prep us for our long pilgrimage. We got see a Palio race and it was great time to be in Siena. The accommodations were spectacular. The weather was hot but the ceiling fans on high kept us cool at night and we slept well. Thanks for making our via francigenia starting point so wonderful. »

« Responsive , helpful host. Easy to find location. Agree with other review, we were initially confused which street we were on but the hosts description of location is spot on. Walking distance to main tourist areas. Easy car escape from city as it was located near one of the gates. Clean and well equipped. AC works well. The unit is small, maybe 500 sq ft. « From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Close to shops and restaurants and the main piazza. The apartment was clean and plenty of room for a family of four.
