This property was in the perfect location for our trip to play in a tournament at Space Coast Stadium in Viera. It had everything our large group needed, and the amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent — always quick and friendly. Our multigenerational family (13 people, ages 1 to 73) had a great time here. The indoor spaces met our needs well, but the best part was outside. The kids spent hours in the pool, we saw dolphins and a space launch from the dock, and we all fit around the table in the screened patio. The beach is only 11 minutes away. Communication with Tim was great. A wonderful stay.

Great space for work meetings

This was a great space for a small team for a work meeting over a couple days. With many rooms in the home, and a lot of common space, we had plenty of common spaces to work, play, relax, and unwind. Great home to rent!

In town with several business partners to do some work at Patrick SFB, the location was perfect and the views helped too ! The house did everything we needed and provided a very convenient and comfortable stay for us all.

Luxury Home for Family Vacation

We had to book our stay at the last minute (within 48 hrs of arrival) due to a different VRBO owner’s mistake (they double booked and cancelled our stay). So when I booked this lovely home, I was so impressed with how accommodating Tim and his manager Cassidy were with our last minute booking!We got a call immediately from Cassidy, thanking us for our booking and touching base with us for the house rules. Nice!Tim, the home owner, was so quick with his responses if we texted him with questions. Excellent!They actually provided us a link for a 3-D, and a video guided, tour of the home. WOW! That really helped!! :-) This home is GORGEOUS! Heated pool, fire pit and the bedrooms are plentiful! The kitchen layout was easy and condusive for family gatherings. Plenty of bathrooms, too! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We felt welcomed and had an amazing experience!

Beautiful Home

This house worked out great for some of our team to stay while we played ball at space coast field complex. Very scenic exterior with a large yard, views of the water and a great covered patio. We had people over to grill one afternoon and the outside space worked great for it! Will definitely try to book here again if it’s available!

Amazing communication! Anything we needed they were on it. We really appreciated that. Rooms were nice and big with plenty of room. Location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Weekend getaway

We were a group of 12 adults and a pet visiting the area to celebrate 60th birthday of our friend. We had an excellent time exploring the beaches and doing the boat trip on Banana river. We were able to spot a few manatees and dolphins and enjoy glorious sunrises. The host was fantastic! We had warm and friendly communication at every step of the way and making our stay very memorable. The house is right across the street from the Indian River Lagoon and the view was very enjoyable right from the house. We wish we had a few more days! I would highly recommend this great house for your home away from home.

Spring Break Gettaway

We stayed at this location for a quick spring break vacay. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Check in was straightforward. The property was clean, spacious, and impressively stocked compared to some other properties we’ve rented. The pool and accompanying backyard was our favorite along with the dock. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place with a waterfront view and short drive to the beach. We plan to return.

We had originally booked another property in the area that cancelled last minute on us (after speaking with VRBO, multiple properties in the area that offer a "LOWER" price property cancel multiple times on other people in the last two years) and Tim was awesome to work with from the first conversation. The property is updated, well kept, extremely clean and comfortable and above all- the communication with Tim and his staff were amazing. We were given all the info for the property and they had the pool warm and ready for us! There were paddle boards at the property and plenty of towels, blankets, bedding, etc. This was one of the BEST experiences we have had with VRBO and highly recommend Tim's property!

Awesome Stay!

We could not have had a better stay and we will book again at this wonderful home. Our family made a last minute trip to visit family. We arrived in the middle of the night and because witness so last minute needed assistance with the booking etc. Every need or question we had was met. This was the best rental experience I have ever had in terms of how attentive the owners and service are. It felt like family ! This home has everything a family needs- from tons of towels, fans and tvs in every room, all the kitchen supplies, toys for the kids and even beach needs and even many many extras. It is so spacious and comfortable to relax and has a lot of space to spread out. The outdoor space is just as nice if not nicer than the photos and during our 7 days stay the pool was cleaned multiple times. We had random needs and requests that the team went out of their way literally to help with. I am still taken back by how wonderful that aspect made our family feel. The location really felt central to so many things, we were able to easily get food delivered from Restraunt’s and instacart. The dock and view is breathtaking. So many gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. And the heated pool was just perfect for our kids who swam bright and early in the morning and evening before bed. This stay exceeded my expectations and also made us smile and relax because of the owners, care team, the views, the amenities and the comfort of the home. We highly recommend!

Great house and beautiful view

My family (8 + me) had a great time at this house. The host was kind and communicative. We loved the heated pool, which was perfect in the first week of December, with the average temp was 71. The kitchen was spacious and had all the supplies we needed to spends 4 days there. The view was beautiful from the house and one morning we even saw dolphins by the dock. This house and area is spacious and relaxing and is in easy 10 min drive to stores for a quick pick up of groceries. My only feedback we had was the light switches. This a big house and there are so many light switches that it is almost a game to figure out which switch goes to which light fixture or lamp. I suggest a small label to help future guests. Honestly that was my only concern, which is very small. I highly recommend this place for larger groups and families.

Great house for me and 11 friends for my bachelor party. It’s in a great area near golf courses and plenty of room for everyone to stay there! Tim was a great host and very responsive, would highly recommend staying here and enjoying a getaway.

Wedding Bliss

We had a fantastic stay at this property, as the groom's immediate family for a wedding in Cocoa Beach. The location is perfectly suited between Cocoa and Melbourne, on the water. Tim is a proactive, fantastic owner. He quickly responded to all requests. Initially, the air conditioner was being serviced as we arrive, but he ensured it worked well through the entirety of our 5 day stay. The kids loved the pool and pool accessories. We took his paddle boards onto the water multiple times, a short 50m walk. The home is fully equipped, with wonderful modern kitchen. The common areas have plenty of space for family togetherness. We had 12 people with everyone having a comfortable bed to sleep. The only warning is that there are "nosee'ums" outside that come out at dusk; typical of most southern beach locations, being so close to the water. Once we put on bug spray, they left us alone; but without it, they would eat us up. Thanks for your hospitality Tim!
