„Worst brackfast service ever Aircondition sooo cold that we got 2 heaters in the room (outside temperature 27*C) and in the room we need heater. Unless you’re REALLY a fitness and gym freak it’s NOT WORTH the money. The tennis courts are free yes, but we were not allowed into group sessions unless we payed for the whole season (500-600$) We did not have to pay the 25$ for the access of the facilities because of the cold in the room but if one pays approx 320$ a night all this is just sick ...

„Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again.“

„No issues with the check in process. Great location and comfortable room.“

„Very nice hotel. And surprisingly good breakfast for an American hotel!“

„My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable.“
