« The room was fine but there was a very bad smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The odor was strong and smelled like sewer water. Terrible! When I asked the cleaning crew about it they said many guests have complained about it too. »

« We checked in the day we arrived just for 1 day. Then we checked backed in during the last 2 days of our stay in Manila, the room that was given to us wasn’t as cold during our first day of stay so we requested our old room back if it was available and the front desk staffs didn’t hesitate at all. Little things like that is greatly appreciated by us. We would always check in at this hotel and I highly recommend it to all. Food was excellent as always and ambiance is very welcoming »
