« The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved. »

« This was a perfect place to stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had a small balcony to relax on. It was in a safe, residential neighborhood, and it was within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. The most special aspect of this apartment was the host, Francesca. She met us in front on the apartment building to give us the keys and answered all our questions. « Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. « Property was not very clean. We had to clean it and especially the bedroom. WiFi was very slow, if you need to take video calls and work, it would not support you. Communication and check in process was very good. Pity for the dust and the WiFi »
