« The apartment was dirty. Floors were unsweeped, one of the toilets even has urine and paper inside. Showers had mold and mildew and one of the shower doors was falling apart. Apartament did not have any cooling System, not even a fan. We opened the windows and Neighbours were loud. We emailed the property to let them know we were going to be late. « L'hébergement était conforme à l'annonce, bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité, et une station de métro à côté permettant de se rendre aux principaux sites touristiques. Mais le système d'enregistrement est très complexe, notamment pour l'envoi des pièces d'identité et le paiement, et le système d'accueil dématérialisé (tout par internet est à revoir, notamment pour quelqu'un sans accès à internet. C'est une source de stress. »

"L accueil pour le check in est surbooké!!! L attente est insupportable, meme après 14h il m est arrivé d attendre ma chambre plus de 2h parce qu elle n etait pas PRÊTE !!! Ce n est pas permis….Après 1 long voyage, c est tres difficile d attendre 1 long moment… l hôtel devrait travailler l accueil, meme le meilleur client n est qu 1 numero dans cet hotel et c est bien dommage….De leur coté, il leur importe sans doute de faire du chiffre uniquement !!"
