« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...

« Very quaint and pleasant apartment. Easy access and nice finishes. Perfect for 2 or 3 guests, excellent location for convenience and easy to get to the train station. Great communication with host. »

« An enjoyable stay. Very nice for our group of 6, with the open kitchen being an incredible bonus when sharing meals at the loft. Whilst being so close to the station might scare some people, we didn't have any issues. We recommend ! »

« Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très confortable, suffisamment spacieux pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé. Mariella et son mari Max sont des hôtes très accueillants donnant de bo.s conseils pour un séjour à Milan. Encore merci à eux. »

« Nice place, very spacious and clean. Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone. Also should mention, no elevator, must walk appx 25...

« Tastefully renovated apartment very well located in the center of Milan Comfortable and very well furnished apartment located in an interior courtyard, however the room is located in the basement with no real window to the outside. Some utensils would be welcome: toaster, vegetable peeler. .. the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is not firm enough. Francesca received us very well, she agreed to anticipate our arrival time and we thank her very much for that »

"Séjour très agréable ! très bien situé à 10 mns à pied du métro Istria et 20 mins du centre. Et agréablement surprise par le calme ! car pas situé en bordure de route. Personnel super accueillant (qui parle français) et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement bon rapport qualité/prix. Si je devais revenir à Milan, je reviendrai ici."

"L accueil pour le check in est surbooké!!! L attente est insupportable, meme après 14h il m est arrivé d attendre ma chambre plus de 2h parce qu elle n etait pas PRÊTE !!! Ce n est pas permis….Après 1 long voyage, c est tres difficile d attendre 1 long moment… l hôtel devrait travailler l accueil, meme le meilleur client n est qu 1 numero dans cet hotel et c est bien dommage….De leur coté, il leur importe sans doute de faire du chiffre uniquement !!"

"Accueil dans un français parfait, avec pleins d’informations. Chambre grande et confortable, très grand lit. Restaurant sur place. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et du personnel très efficace et aimable. Piscine ouverte de 10 à 20 h avec boissons et petite restauration. Hôtel dans un quartier calme en cours de réhabilitation. Transport en commun relativement proches pour se rendre au centre."
