„When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception for check-in. We tried calling the number that had been provided, but no one answered. We were only able to get into the hotel after some other guests let us into the foyer, where we then found the correct phone number to reach someone for check-in – incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. „There‘s just one single positive aspect about this accomodation: it‘s very close to the duomo square and thus good for sightseeing. BUT it is really dirty, has a moldy bathroom and is loud. The room is completely different from any of the photos shown. There is a window to a main floor, where the light goes on and off whenever another person passes by. I‘m travelling a lot for both business and leisure. This was one of the worst rooms I had in years … maybe ever.“
