I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone. „Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and ...

„The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended). Bedroom downstairs has only a very small window so is quite dark. Great neighbourhood and excellent location for any tourist visit. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.“
