„Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. „This was a perfect place to stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had a small balcony to relax on. It was in a safe, residential neighborhood, and it was within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. The most special aspect of this apartment was the host, Francesca. She met us in front on the apartment building to give us the keys and answered all our questions.
