„The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite“

„Man kriegt was man bezahlt. Die Unterkunft war ok. Wir konnten sogar früher Koffer im Haus unterstellen. Die Rezeption hat ab 13 Uhr offen und nicht ab 8 Uhr wie im Internet angegeben. Es fab einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Ein paar Tassen wären hilfreich. Die Dame, die uns das Zimmer zeigte war sehr nett. Insgesamt hat es gut gepasst. “

„Ein Teil des Hotels war schon renoviert. Wir waren leider in dem Teil des Hotels, welches noch nicht renoviert war. Dadurch war das Zimmer und auch das Bad älter und stellenweise kaputt und dreckig. Das Frühstück war alles in Ordung und auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.“
