« The breakfast was very good, the lobby lovely , all the grounds and the hotel itself was very nice , very clean m. The staff that we met were outstanding. Housekeeping not so much . They never came to our room I had to request clean towels . Trash was never emptied very disappointing . »

« The room was basic with beds, clean linen, refrigerator, TV, and microwave. Breakfast was also OK. The shower pressure was extremely weak along with the shower head. While basically clean, repair was needed for holes on the walls and the night stand, almost coming off the wall. »

« The staff wouldn’t let my daughter whose 18 check in even though we called before booking to confirm leaving her stranded with no where to stay. »

« While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have...

« As my Grandma would say, we had the “Hostess with the Mostest”. Absolutely beautiful place in a gorgeous neighborhood. Five star accommodations in the heart of Vidalia. Exceeded my expectations! »

« The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it »

« Breakfast area too small for the hotel size especially on a weekend when at FULL capacity. Otherwise beautiful facility. »
