„Keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise möglich,nicht erreichbar. Vermeintliche Vermieterin hatte angeblich keine Ahnung von unserer Buchung. Das Haus war kalt als wir am 10.12.2023 abends ankamen. Die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten E-Heizkörper sollten wir am Ende mit 60€ für die 2 Wochen bezahlen. Die Gasheizung wusste sie anfänglich nicht anzustellen,diese mussten wir täglich mehrere Stunden komplett abstellen,weil das eine gesetzliche Vorgabe wäre. Unsere Recherche hierzu ergab ...

„The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. “
