SMOKING, PETS, EVENTS

Out of respect for all guests and neighbors, we're a non-smoking, pet-free property, and we do not host parties or events.



RESERVATION CHANGES

Any reservation changes should also be sent before 10 AM daily, so we have time to process them.



Refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy; cancel any reservations within 24-hours of booking.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in is between 4 PM and 12 AM, during our host support hours (4 PM – 11 AM), so we're always around to help. We're not able to accommodate arrivals after midnight.

Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are often available, and subject to an additional fee. Just reach out ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate.



AMENITIES AND CLEANING

We're happy to arrange extra amenities or cleanings with 24 hours' notice, or by 10 AM for next-day service.



BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

We ask that every guest register with a government-issued ID before arrival. This helps us keep the home safe and in line with local requirements. Reservations without completed registration may be subject to cancellation without refund.



DURING YOUR STAY

If anything isn't quite right when you arrive, please let us know within 30 minutes of check-in.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and the property for the duration of their stay. If a city penalty is issued because of a guest's stay, any fines and damages will be charged to the guest, plus a 20% neighborhood compensation plan charge.
