This is a contemporary tower conceived from the start for home-sharing, with design direction from the international studio of Carlos Ott and interiors by Miami-based Urban Robot, a firm rooted in hospitality. Arrival is easy. A porte cochère drop-off leads into a two-story lobby where natural wood grain and veined stone set the tone. Check in at the front desk, and from there the on-site team, backed by a digital concierge, handles everything from questions to housekeeping.

Every residence is fully furnished and finished with imported porcelain flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony with glass railings. Quartz countertops and matte black fixtures carry a consistent, considered palette from kitchen to bath.

The Grand Residence sits at the top of this collection. At 1,181 square feet, it has three true bedrooms with a King and two Queens for up to six guests. Three and a half bathrooms, two with tubs and one with a walk-in shower, keep the space from ever feeling crowded, even at full occupancy.
