One of the elevators was out of service for duration of my stay, the working lift was extremely slow and jerked during lift off. Telephone in one of my rooms didn't work, entrance door to one of my rooms didnt lock, reported same but was only fixed upon 2nd service technician visit ( delayed and inconvenienced the family). The internet service was unreliable,very poor or no signal at intervals (The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating)

Located close to Interstates. Area was very loud, from Interstate noise to loud trucks parking at 3am to two roosters dueling all early morning long. Very pleasant staff and very nice breakfast bar.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property it was quiet and very clean staff was very nice as well, my only issue is the elevator; they only had one in service and it was very slow at the day of checkout me and 4 other people stood there for about 10 minutes waiting because housekeeping was on it going to several different floors. That was no fun, but everything outside of that was really good.

The hotel was not too far from the airport and the room was comfortable and clean. The address was a little confusing to get to possibly due to road construction. I drove around the property a couple of times until I found the unpaved road that I needed to enter it. The breakfast was very good.

The Hotel has 2 elevators but only one was working the whole time during my stay. This created long wait times and crowded elevators! The available lighting in our room was lacking, no overhead lighting was present and made the room dark. For some unknown reason our landline phone kept ringing 1-2 times during the night and when I would answer it, no one was there. This caused me to have lack of sleep and inability to get back to a normal sleep pattern!!!!
