Clean property. Always greeted with a smile at the front desk! We stayed just for one night and they had a few availabilities and ask us which floor would we prefer. Which I thought was nice.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The bed sheet was stained and they changed it on request. The carpet seemed dirty could have maintained better. only thing that we disliked was - We used to come back late and everyday there were workers/or may be outsider drinking and smoking weed. that was bit uncomfortable for a family. Nothing worrisome.

We will be changing them out soon, along with other remodeling projects. Also we have security on property every night. If anyone is not guest they will not be allowed on property and security makes sure of this. We hope you will stay with us again the next time you are in Cutler Bay.
