I am extremely disappointed with how this property handled a serious issue involving fraud. A reservation was made using my Expedia account and credit card without my authorization. I did not book the stay, did not approve the charge, and did not stay at the property.
I reported the issue as soon as I became aware of it, yet the property refused to cancel the reservation or issue a refund, effectively holding me financially responsible for a fraudulent booking. There was no willingness to investigate or resolve the matter fairly, despite clear communication that this was unauthorized use.
This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution future guests to be aware that if an issue arises especially one involving fraud, this property may not provide support or act in good faith.
I expected better accountability and customer service through a platform like Expedia and this property.
