Great place to stay, great pool and great for a family vacation. A little bit of a walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. but over all I highly recommend it.

Stay away

I checked in this room 2505 and it was great at first night I got there very late around 1-2 am Next day I saw bugs and ants on the floor and the sink wasnt moving and all the tv Chanel's wasn't working after two days I saw both of my children's has bites on theirs skin I was very mad I emailed the person who was renting the room and didn't hear from him it's very dirty duaring the day I wouldn't recommend it if you go with kids

Cómodo lugar, puede mejorar detalles

Es un departamento cómodo para acoger a una familia de 6 o más personas. Resulta agradable poder cocinar y tiene buena ubicación para desde allí ir a distintos puntos. La vista (está en un piso 25) es preciosa y la terraza muy espaciosa. Puede mejorar la ventilación del lugar y principalmente hacer una instalación que permita agua caliente a todos al ducharse ya que al segundo o tercero se agotaba la del tanque y algunos debían bañarse con agua apenas tibia.

Deixa a desejar

Trata-se de um condomínio de apartamentos e não um hotel. Na chegada tivemos dificuldades para encontrar nosso apartamento. Tive que fazer duas ligações internacionais do meu celular para falar com o operador até conseguir me alojar. O apartamento deixa um pouco a desejar pois é antigo, as persianas não fecham por completo, a torneira do banheiro solta o volante, as toalhas são de baixa qualidade, tinha lâmpadas queimadas, o exaustor do banheiro fazia um barulho infernal, os utensílios da cozinha estão bastante desgastados. O atendimento é fraco pois nem uma simples garrafa de água e um rolo de papel higiênico existia no apto quando chegamos

amazing view and weather.

The location was excellent. Sunny Isles is a beautiful area and the beaches were clean. There is a bit of construction on the beach making it a bit noisy everyday. A little disappointment when we arrived a notice was in only one of the elevators stating the pool and area by pool were closed for three weeks. This should have been stated in my agreement or a refund should be granted due to the fact.

Decepcionante

Estuvimos en el Depto de 1 habitación. No es el que aparece en las fotos. No hay recepción en el edificio ni nadie que pueda ayudarte con el check-in. Él Depto tiene buena vista pero es incomodo, la ropa de cama esta sucia, el baño también estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado suena tanto que hace imposible dormir. Había vasos, copas y platos quebrados o trozados. El lavavajillas no funciona. La zona es buena, fácil acceso y cercana a las playas, pero el departamento no está a la altura tapándole.

Overall it was pretty good-It was lacking a few things I expected to be provided such as dish towels, dish clothes, wash clothes, toilet tissue and bath soap-there was a dish washer but no detergent for it-We were not provided with any instructions regarding check-in until after we had arrived and had spent a good bit of time and frustration trying to find out how and where we were to check in-It would have been good to have the instructions in advance-There is no one to assist with the check in process-As a matter of fact, we did not see anyone until the next day when they knocked on our door rather early in the morning asking for our credit card.

Ok, but wouln't rent again

A bit disappointing, There was not even basic cable for the tv, no tv in the bedroom, the ac didn't seem to keep up with the temp outside, the access card to use the pool,gym and other amenities didn't work called the contact to help out with this issue they didn't do anything until the day before we left the property,

I'll never go back

They push you to leave the room at 10:00 !!! If not they will charge $70. There are not reception, so you must leave the keys into the microwave. I don't like how I was treated

Nice Stay!

It was a very nice place to stay for the price. We enjoyed our stay and it was well equipped with all our needs: pool, workout center, Sauna,Steam Room and even a little grocery store. There were some nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel and we were located by the beach and about a 5 minute drive to the mall. The top floor view was nice. I would rate it a 4.2 because it is located about 25 minutes from south beach.

Just ok

My overall stay was ok. It is not a hotel and I to buy my own soap (was not able to shower the first night), very little toilet paper, a non working toaster. No TV in the master bedroom, non working lamp, etc. For the price after including a cleanin fee upon my departure( as you have to do your own cleaning), and the basic items that should have been provided it was not worth it. I would stay at a hotel next time. However, the location and views where excellent.

It wasnt bad. Great location, beautiful view but there were lots of roaches everywhere on the bed, in the bathroom, livingroom name it. I think they can do better with fumigation. Will I stay there again? Yes if the roaches are taken care of.

this is no a hotel, it's a condo and the cleaning fee is very expensive and they tell you this information after you pay. Very disappointed
