Amenities are accessed by fob, and most common areas are located on the 9th floor. The rooftop pool is open from sunrise to sunset, and most other amenities are generally available from around 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Daily renters may use the amenities but cannot reserve private spaces.

Important Access Information:

Guests must share full names, and IDs for all guests to be registered before arrival for front desk access. Check-in is handled by the front desk, which operates 24/7. Upon arrival, guests must present ID matching the registration and will then receive a physical key fob for building, unit, and amenity access.

• Registration is required before arrival

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional fee. Guests who remain in the unit past check out time without prior approval will be charged $70 per additional hour.

• Fob Policy: A $200 fee applies for lost/unreturned key fob.

• No Smoking | No Pets | No Parties – Strict building rules apply. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, balcony, or common areas.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby/front desk area. Delivery drivers are not allowed upstairs. Short-term guests may not receive packages at the building.

• The building does not store luggage before check-in or after check-out, though luggage carts may be available through the front desk.

• Follow building rules in shared areas: Respect noise levels and waste sorting guidelines.

• Supplies Provided: A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper and other basic items, is provided. Guests staying longer may need to restock as needed.
