Da die Unterkunft im Medical Park liegt, sind auch viele Gäste, die dort in Behandlung sind aber um Hotel Wohnen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr Amerikanisch. Keine Wurst kein Käse und kein Gemüse. Etwas Schade. Die Lage des Hotels war ok. Es ist relativ zentral.

Modern, guter Service, gute Lage
Das Hotel ist recht neu und modern, das Personal sehr freundlich, doch wirkt manchmal etwas lustlos. Als wir dort waren wurde gerade eine neue Lobby gebaut, weshalb es zu ein paar Einschränkungen kam, auf dem Zimmer hat man jedoch nichts von der Baustelle mitbekommen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und nicht weit von Downtown entfernt.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Leta and Julio from the restaurant are quick. Hotel rooms are a nice size. The shuttle driver not the friendliest. It says it comes ever 30 mins but we had to have the front desk call him multiple times. That's my only complaint. Stay on top of that.

It’s very close to Jackson memorial so for a few days it was ok. Not much to eat in the area you have to go about 15 minutes out. They did not clean the fridge and left things inside. Staff is friendly snd helpful. Beds are comfy.

Let’s start with the “bartender” if that’s what you want to call him. We went to the bar for the 2 drinks that came with our room. The bartender is playing a game on his phone and waited until his round was over to wait on us. Then I was handed a drink menu. I asked for probably 4 different drinks and was told they were out. He seemed annoyed with my questions. As far as the restaurant that’s advertised… yea more like frozen food that the bartender microwaves. The room was not any better. Found a press on nail and hair in the made bed. Not to mention the shower leaked and made the carpet wet by one of the beds. There is nothing around the hotel besides the homeless. There was a grocery store about a mile away. Overall all I will not recommend this location to anyone. Highly disappointed.

The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. We had the chicken soup and white rice, plus the continental breakfast is excellent for traveling with small children. Unfortunately there is nothing walking distance and the lobby didn’t sell pull ups - I forgot them and was traveling with my 4yr old. Considering it was just overnight stay for a cruise the next day - I couldn’t run to a pharmacy or nearby 7-11 because there wasn’t one. This place is fine if you don’t need to leave or you have a car to get around. The front desk was average. The restaurant was the highlight.

Upon entering the room we were staying in the bed sheets were soiled with feces. There were also food crumbs on the sheets. Seems like the room was never cleaned. The manager (Thomas) addressed the issue. He offered me another room however he wanted to go and look at it 1st. That makes me wonder if he was concerned that room was dirty to. The exterior of the property had homeless people sleeping outside. It felt very unsafe.

Springhill Suites is walking distance to UM Medical complex. The staff was warm and inviting. The hotel shows some wear due to age, but it was very clean. The suite was spacious. Convenient parking attached to the hotel is a plus.

Stayed here for one night for a relatives appointment at the nearby medical facility. Great place to recharge after a long drive and served all of our needs. Shuttle to and from hospital and also continental breakfast made our stay all the more convenient. Lots of homelessness around the area so I would refrain from walking around too much. Parking garage is also gated.

Short, but good stay
The king bed room is very comfortable. For some reaon, my room had a very weak cell signal. The breakfast is great!

I would stay here again.
We came to Miami for a cruise from California. 2 days in, Mom falls and breaks her leg. She couldn’t fly and needed surgery. Hospitals make me anxious so I found this hotel. It was walking distance to the hospital, about 10minutes. There is a Starbucks, Panera and a few other smaller restaurants. The room was clean and modern. There was a water refill station in the gym, a laundry room and a bar. I was so tired I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant or free breakfast, but that was there too. I appreciated that checkout was at noon in comparison to other places. It gave me more time to gather my things along with Mom’s bags and get going.
